The Sterile Compounding Pharmacist is responsible for the preparation, verification, and oversight of sterile compounded medications in accordance with USP <797>, state Board of Pharmacy regulations, and internal quality standards. This role ensures that sterile compounding activities are performed safely, accurately, and in compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and product quality.
The pharmacist will work collaboratively with pharmacy technicians, quality personnel, and leadership to maintain compliant sterile compounding operations and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
