Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to oversee sterile operations within a modular cleanroom suite. You will ensure compliance with USP 797, 800, and other guidelines, supervising personnel and maintaining safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

The role supports a Day Shift 6:00am–6:00pm with a 2-2-3-2 rotation and includes equity. Requirements include PharmD or equivalent, Ohio license, and strong sterile compounding experience.

Qualifications

• PharmD or PharmD-equivalent; Ohio active license required.
• Experience with sterile compounding and aseptic techniques.
• Knowledge of USP 797/800 and federal/state pharmacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Direct sterile compounding activities in compliance with USP 797/800.
• Maintain aseptic technique and cleanroom standards.
• Provide training and guidance to staff performing sterile manipulations, labeling, and packaging.
• Perform and document compounding procedures and QA/QC checks.
• Review materials prior to use in sterile compounding.
• Oversee equipment and cleanroom workflow with maintenance and QA teams.
• Collaborate with R&D on new compounded preparations.
• Follow safety guidelines, HIPAA privacy rules, and regulatory requirements.
