Job Summary

The STEPS Program Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and student engagement support for the Lewis Honors College Honors Pathway Programs. This position is responsible for coordinating student leadership initiatives, co-curricular programming, admissions processes, and program assessment while ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of pathway activities. The coordinator works closely with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and campus partners to deliver high-quality educational experiences that support leadership development, professional growth, and student success.

Higher education, student affairs, program coordination, event planning, project management, coordinating multiple projects and events simultaneously, communication, Microsoft Office Suite and database or student information systems.

Preferred Education/Experience

Two (2) or more years of related experience in higher education, student affairs, program coordination, event planning, project management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience coordinating multiple projects and events simultaneously. Experience working with students, faculty, staff, or community partners. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and database or student information systems.
