The University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY is seeking a STEPS Administrative Assistant to support the Compensation PAR Processing and Employee Records teams within Human Resources.
The role centers on managing a shared email inbox, organizing received documents, and uploading records into the employee records system. Additional duties include filing, scanning, retrieving records, and assisting with VOE and No For Rehire processes, plus general office tasks.
Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 25lbs, sitting or standing for long periods of time, and repetitive motion.

The STEPS Administrative Assistant will provide flexible support to the Compensation PAR Processing team and Employee Records team within the Human Resources department. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage a shared email inbox, combine and organize received documents, and upload documents into the employee records system.
