Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN with current New York State license.
• Certification: BCLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS as required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient care following the nursing process and Relationship Centered Care.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Performs charge nurse duties and ensures staffing/resources adequacy.
• Documents accurately in compliance with hospital standards.
• Facilitates patient throughput and supports safety and quality initiatives.
