Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and develop a care plan.
• Administer medications safely per policies and procedures.
• Coordinate patient care across hospital departments with the care team.
• Advocate for patient safety and participate in quality improvement.
• Care for patients with multi-system organ failure or multisystem trauma.
