The Christ Hospital is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide holistic nursing care across patient populations. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, partnering with patients and families within the established care model.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, SBAR communication, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. BSN preferred within a specified timeframe for newer hires.

Formación

• Must be licensed RN in Ohio.
• BSN within 5 years for nurses hired after Jan 2010.
• AD or Diploma nurses acceptable for those hired before Jan 2010.
• Ability to communicate using SBAR and collaborate with the healthcare team.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct holistic nursing assessments of patients and families.
• Develop and revise multidisciplinary care plans with measurable goals.
• Provide patient and family education tailored to needs and plan of care.
• Communicate effectively with the team and participate in handoffs.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Document care and maintain accurate electronic medical records.
