Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, Education, or a closely related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of admissions, recruitment, college access, or student success programming, preferably within a STEM or higher education context.
• Demonstrated success in outreach, event coordination, or student-facing program support.

Responsibilities

• Lead undergraduate STEM recruitment and early student success initiatives.
• Develop recruitment strategies and partnerships with K–12 schools and community organizations.
• Coordinate outreach events and programs to strengthen recruitment, engagement, retention, and success across the School of Science and Engineering.
