Job summary

Benedictine Living seeks a proactive Recruiter to lead campus recruitment for Benedictine communities, support onboarding, and assist with succession planning. You will manage candidate flow, interviews, and relationships with hiring managers to ensure a positive experience throughout the process.

The role emphasizes promoting the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice in day-to-day activities. Travel to communities may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree and 2+ years in HR or Talent Acquisition
• Experience in fast-paced recruitment and onboarding
• Excellent MS Office skills and HRIS proficiency
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting requirements
• Ability to travel between Benedictine communities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment across job boards, fairs, and social media
• Screen candidates, conduct phone screens, and set up interviews
• Assist onboarding with welcome details for new hires
• Maintain exceptional candidate experience with timely follow-up

Overview

The SC Float Recruiter is responsible for the campus recruitment and selection process at assigned Benedictine communities. This position will also assist in onboarding, and succession planning for key roles, as well as perform administrative duties, and other special tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all recruitment efforts including sourcing of qualified applicants, creating job postings, attending recruitment job fairs, and maintaining company recruitment efforts on various job boards, including social media.
• Reviewsall candidates, phone screens viable candidates, and sets up hiring manager interviews for all open positions as assigned.
• Assistswith onboarding by communicating new associate welcome details with new hires.
• Maintainsan exceptional candidate experience, including timely follow up with candidates.
• Promotes the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company.
• Performs other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Associate’s Degree and two (2) or more years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
• Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment and on boarding processes
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, electronic applicant tracking systems and HRIS programs
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record that meets Benedictine’s requirements
• Ability to travel to Benedictine communities

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience with PDS Vista and SmartLinx software and applicant tracking systems
• Experience with social media for recruitment purposes
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification
• Experience working with electronic application programs

Salary Range

$27-$29 an hour depending on experience
