Job summary

Science from Scientists in Massachusetts seeks a Partnerships Manager to grow and sustain impact by building relationships with funders and schools. You will identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with corporate partners, foundations, individual donors, school districts, and community organizations across Massachusetts.

The role combines fundraising, educational partnerships, business development, account management, and community engagement, with occasional local travel to donor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-5 years of fundraising, business development, educational partnerships, or nonprofit experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with schools, districts, and educational partners throughout Massachusetts.
• Build and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities with funders.
• Conduct donor, partner, and school meetings.
• Coordinate donor stewardship activities and communications.
• Collaborate with teams across MA, MN, and CA to grow impact.
