Job summary

Environmental League of Massachusetts (ELM) seeks a Senior Development Manager to drive engagement and stewardship of corporate, foundation, and individual donors and partners. The role reports to the VP of Development and Finance, collaborating with the President and Leadership Team.

The position is based in Boston with a hybrid work arrangement and periodic travel within Massachusetts, requiring a mix of in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of development experience.
• Experience with proposals and donor reports and stewardship.
• Understanding of development strategies, systems and processes.
• Experience with budget and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective corporate, foundation and individual partners/donors.
• Develop plans to engage prospective partners.
• Prepare meeting briefs for prospective partners and support new relationships.
• Lead outreach for Earth Night sponsors.
