Qualifications

• Experience in the academic subject area of the college is preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to respond to high-pressure situations.
• Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions counseling, recruitment, and general office tasks for diverse applicants for the College of Sciences and Mathematics (CSM) and Pre-Health programs.
• Manage the enrollment process for transfers, re-enrolling students, freshmen, and second-degree candidates.
• Coordinate events and manage the virtual presence of CSM and Pre-Health programs through the website and social media.
• Report on recruitment progress and participate in process improvement teams.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives for prospective students and support admissions presentations for summer programs.
• Represent Admissions at college events and maintain relations with dean and faculty.
