Job summary

Belmont University is seeking an Admissions Coordinator for the College of Sciences and Mathematics to oversee admissions counseling, recruitment, and general office tasks for a diverse range of applicants, including transfers and freshmen.

You will collaborate with admissions counselors, faculty, and university partners to enhance recruitment strategies, coordinate events, and manage the programs’ online presence, reporting recruitment progress, and contributing to marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of private college experience preferred.
• Experience in admissions or enrollment management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions counseling, recruitment, and general office tasks for diverse applicants (transfers, freshmen, etc.).
• Collaborate with admissions counselors, faculty, and teams to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate on-campus and virtual events and presentations for CSM/Pre-Health programs.
• Manage online presence (website and social media) for the programs and report recruitment progress.
• Support marketing initiatives and use data to inform admissions decisions and scholarship opportunities.
