Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program or higher, or have recently graduated within 1 year of start date (May/June).
• Pursuing a degree in business, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including data analysis and presentation development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and procurement activities for steering-related components.
• Develop supplier quote comparisons, cost proposals, and related data.
• Assist onboarding of new suppliers and ensure compliance with procurement standards.
• Prepare presentations and business cases for stakeholder meetings.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supplier management teams.
• Assist in resolving supplier-related issues and mitigate supply risks.
• Analyze supplier and market data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Contribute to procurement projects for current and future vehicle programs.
• Help foster an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
