Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher, or recently graduated within 1 year of start date.
• Majors include Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing remanufacturing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending improvements.
• Support development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for remanufacturing processes.
• Participate in failure analysis and root cause investigations of returned components.
• Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting on KPIs such as yield, turnaround time, and scrap rates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including quality, supply chain, and production.
• Support process validation activities and pilot runs for new remanufacturing techniques.
• Help design or improve tooling, fixtures, and work instructions to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen events).
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Lead and support efforts to foster an inclusive and welcoming workplace culture.
