Daimler Truck North America is offering a summer internship in Procurement and Supply Chain. You will support sourcing activities, analyze supplier data, and assist in supplier evaluations while learning from a fast-paced, global team.

Open to students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration, you’ll gain hands-on experience across engineering, manufacturing, and supplier management functions and have the chance to transition to a full-time role based on

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s program or recent graduate (within 1 year)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, manufacturing, supplier management)
• Strong data interpretation to support sourcing decisions

Responsabilités

• Support sourcing and procurement activities for components and supplier evaluations
• Prepare supplier cost analyses, bid comparisons, and data-driven business cases
• Assist onboarding of new suppliers and ensure DTNA standards compliance
• Create presentations and reports for stakeholder meetings
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and supplier management teams
