Qualifications

• Ability to read shop math and blueprints.
• Follows ISO/TS manufacturing practices and quality procedures.
• Experience with SPC data collection and interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble steering gear components using gauges and torque.
• Interpret blueprints and work orders per instructions.
• Maintain safety standards and 5S workplace organization.
• Operate and adjust equipment, load parts, and inspect for quality.
• Perform first piece inspections and record production counts.
• Assist with SPC data collection, charts and graphs.
