Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One Year Experience in production/manufacturing environment
• Ability to interpret and comprehend plans and/or blueprints
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques with emphasis on Standardized Work, Continuous Improvement, 5S, and JIT principles
• Ability to work overtime as needed both daily and weekends

Responsibilities

• Test remanufactured and warranty units on test stands.
• Pretest warranty, diagnose problems, repair and communicate technical information to warranty and quality control.
• Input data entries and retrieve information from computer systems.
• Maintain a clean work station and retrieve materials as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and 5S standards; perform lifting/moving of parts as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
