Qualifications

• One year of machining experience preferred.
• CNC experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques with emphasis on Standardized Work, Continuous Improvement, 5S.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and maintain tooling per specifications.
• Read blueprints and interpret drawings and work orders.
• Perform quality checks and SPC data collection.
• Set up machines, make offsets and program changes as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and 5S standards; lift up to 40 lbs.
