• Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts (5S, JIT).

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety procedures and 5S standards for daily duties, including lifting/moving parts.
• Perform point test on test stand for remanufactured and warranty units.
• Pretest warranty, diagnose problems, repair and communicate findings to warranty and QA departments.
• Input data entry transactions and retrieve information from computer.
• Maintain a clean workstation and retrieve materials as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
