Job summary

Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all distribution processes on the warehouse floor. You will manage shipping, put-away, cycle counting, picking, packing, and returns while enforcing safety and quality standards.

The role combines supervisory responsibilities with hands-on work on the warehouse floor to back up the team and ensure on-time shipments. A strong background in distribution and leadership will be essential to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Three years’ experience in a distribution environment (preferably steel distribution).
• Strong Computer Literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assign warehouse personnel to appropriate work areas to meet deadlines.
• Direct production, shipping, cost, quality, and safety targets.
• Review schedules and monitor productivity to meet customer requirements.
• Make daily workflow decisions to meet objectives.
• Monitor operations and employees to ensure quality, service and productivity.
• Enforce company policies (Quality, Security, Safety, Health, Environmental, Attendance).
• Assist with training new employees in safety and responsibilities.
• Enter incident reports.
• Provide INVEX Support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
