Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of steel-related projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Serve as liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and policies.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with shop and field personnel to resolve issues.
