GPAC is partnering with a reputable steel fabrication and erection company that delivers high-quality structural and miscellaneous metal projects across commercial and industrial markets. A knowledgeable Steel Project Manager is needed to oversee projects from contract award through final installation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing steel fabrication or erection projects.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Proficient in project management software and construction tools like Tekla, AutoCAD, Bluebeam and Fabtrol.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage all phases of structural and miscellaneous steel projects (stairs, rails, catwalks, platforms, etc.).
• Serve as the primary contact between clients, engineers, detailers, fabrication teams, and field crews.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, material procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Review drawings and specs to ensure alignment with scope and deliverables.
• Track progress, resolve issues, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with estimating and detailing for change orders and revisions.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
