The role requires 2–5 years in administrative, scheduling, procurement, or project coordination within the AEC/structural steel sector, plus a BS in Civil Engineering or related field. Strong MS Office and ERP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of administrative, scheduling, procurement, or project coordination experience within the AEC, structural steel, fabrication, or construction industry.
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related fields.
• Maintain computer literacy; including specialist software, Microsoft Office and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement schedules to ensure materials are ordered, fabricated, and delivered according to project timelines.
• Schedule and monitor truck deliveries to project sites with vendors, carriers, and field personnel.
• Verify purchase orders, shipping docs, delivery tickets, and material quantities for accuracy.
• Track procurement milestones and delivery schedules, identifying potential delays.
• Maintain procurement logs, delivery schedules, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Estimators, Operations, and Fabrication teams to support project execution.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm production schedules, shipping dates, and material availability.
• Ensure required documentation is received prior to delivery (packing slips, bills of lading, certifications).
• Assist in resolving delivery discrepancies and scheduling conflicts promptly.
• Support inventory tracking and material allocation as needed.
• Monitor project deadlines and align procurement activities with milestones.
• Provide administrative support including data entry, reporting, and document management.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal teams and clients.
• Up to 50% travel.
