About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Procurement Scheduler / Administrator to support the procurement, scheduling, and delivery coordination of structural steel materials for commercial construction projects. This role serves as a critical liaison between project managers, fabrication shops, vendors, trucking companies, and field teams to ensure materials are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with project schedules.

The salary range listed reflects what we believe, in good faith, is a fair and competitive range for this role based on the market and location. This is a salaried, exempt position with an anticipated base salary range of $50,000–$60,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Most candidates are typically hired near the midpoint of the range, ensuring a balanced and equitable approach across our team. That said, we recognize exceptional talent. In cases where a candidate brings significantly more experience or specialized expertise than required, we may consider an offer toward the higher end of the range.
