Responsibilities

• Promote the company’s products and increase customer base.
• Make calls to potential and existing customers to sell products and services.
• Build and maintain customer relationships in a positive manner.
• Set up and maintain new and established customer data base.
• Monitor technical and business objectives of prospective customers.
• Negotiate and prepare material bids for significant clients by setting pricing and profit margins and formulating all plan details.
• Provide appropriate communication regarding inventory levels, dead stock and new product evaluation.
• Maintain working knowledge of product lines.
• Negotiate skillfully to increase profits and sustain financial health.
• Collaborate with operations and sales staff to fulfill orders timely.
• Report customer issues and provide support to resolve complaints.
• Monitor quality control.
• Participate in training to increase sales skills and product knowledge.
• Participate in inventory physical counts.
