Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. is seeking a motivated material handler to join our team. This role focuses on safety, productivity, and meeting quality standards while assisting with maintenance tasks as needed.

You will move steel materials indoors and outdoors using hands, forklift, or crane, ensuring loads are secured and routed efficiently. Training and benefits are provided, with compensation $19.00 to $24.00 per hour DOE.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move loads safely.
• Read and interpret work orders accurately.
• Demonstrate basic math skills for measurements and counting.
• Commitment to safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Capable of working alone or in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Move steel safely to/from storage, production areas, and docks using manual handling, forklift, or crane.
• Attach slings and guides to loads; secure and release loads during transit.
• Follow safe methods of work and report unsafe conditions promptly.
• Maintain tools and equipment and identify safety issues with gear.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and coordinate with departments.
