Job summary

ExacTech in Sturgeon Bay, WI is seeking a full-time Steel Grinder to operate grinding machines, finish parts, and meet blueprint specifications. The role supports 1st and 2nd shifts with defined hours and requires ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate grinding machines to remove excess material and achieve precise dimensions.
• Inspect steel components for defects before grinding.
• Maintain records of measurements and issues encountered during grinding.
• Perform minor repairs or adjustments to keep machines in optimal condition.
• Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
