Job summary

ExacTech in Sturgeon Bay, WI is hiring full-time Steel Grinders for 1st and 2nd shifts. You will operate grinding machines to shape, finish, and polish steel components, following blueprints and specs. Expect a physical role with standing and occasional heavy lifting.

Shift details: 1st shift 5:45AM–3:15PM (Mon–Thu); 2nd shift 3:30PM–2:00AM. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match after 30 days, paid vacation, and more.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Operate grinding machines to shape and finish components.
• Must follow PPE and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate grinding machines per specifications.
• Inspect components for defects prior to grinding.
• Maintain records of measurements and issues.
• Perform minor repairs to keep machines in good condition.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
