Job summary

ExacTech Inc. in Sturgeon Bay, WI is seeking full-time second-shift Sandblasters to join a turnkey heavy fabrication team. You will strip surfaces using blasting equipment, prep large steel beams for refinishing, and operate a forklift as needed.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM (3-day weekend). Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match after 30 days, paid time off, and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Corrosion-control knowledge is desired.
• Must be able to follow instructions.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to operate required blasting equipment safely.
• Regular attendance is required.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Use abrasive blasting equipment to remove paint, grease, tar, rust, and dirt.
• Prepare large steel beams and metal parts for industrial paint.
• Operate a forklift to haul materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
