Responsibilities include reading blueprints, selecting tools and cutting parameters, performing tool changes, ensuring safety and quality, and collaborating with engineers and supervisors to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in CNC operation or related field.
• Experience reading blueprints and GD&T.
• Ability to use a tape measure and convert measurements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate horizontal boring mills to machine metal.
• Select tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters for each job.
• Perform tool changes and adjustments for precision machining.
• Ensure safety and comply with company procedures.
