About the School: The Christa McAuliffe Charter School is an EL Education school for 340 scholars in grades 6‑8, offering a hands‑on curriculum that inspires achievement through active learning, character growth, and teamwork.
McAuliffe is launching an innovative new STEAM program in the 2026–27 school year, offered five days a week as an alternative to World Language. The program will engage students in science, technology, engineering, the arts, and mathematics, developing critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration skills. It will expand over time to include design challenges, coding, applied mathematics, digital arts, environmental science, and robotics. The teacher will design and lead this program.
Salary Range: $41,952 (step 0, Bachelor’s) – $84,016 (step 20, Master’s). Final base salary will be based on skills, education, and experience.
