Johnson Controls seeks a dedicated boiler operator to assist in the operation and maintenance of a high‑pressure steam generation plant. You will monitor boilers, perform inspections, and support safe, efficient plant operations in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include fueling adjustments, maintenance tasks, and keeping detailed records. The role requires teamwork, mechanical/electrical knowledge, and physical stamina for shifts, including weekends and overtime.
Formación
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems for documentation and record keeping.
Responsabilidades
- Operate and maintain high-pressure steam generation plant safely and reliably.
- Monitor boiler systems; perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Assist with inventory management and requisitioning of supplies and equipment.
- Maintain accurate shift logs, fuel usage reports, and maintenance documentation.
