Job summary

Federalist Pig General Manager role directing hourly staff across shifts, delivering hospitality and guest-focused service. You will lead operations, supervise a diverse team, and ensure accurate orders while partnering with the kitchen to meet safety standards.

Seeking a candidate with at least 2 years in a fast-paced restaurant GM role, experience with P&L, and the ability to work flexible hours. This full-time reporting to restaurant leadership in the United States.

Qualifications

• 2 years of managing a fast paced kitchen team.
• 2 years experience as a General Manager in the restaurant industry.
• Experience with profit and loss statements.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in all aspects of operations
• Model hospitality and excellent guest experiences instilling service standards for the team

• Actively coach and counsel employees to include documentation when appropriate
• Ensure effective front-of-house scheduling so that staffing needs are met, and labor costs are controlled
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to execute safety and sanitation standards
• Steakhouse experience

Requirements
