Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a Sous Chef to lead cooks in a busy kitchen, ensuring high-quality dishes, safety, and impeccable service across outlets. You will support menu execution, supervise daily prep, and coordinate with management to meet standards and guest expectations.

Applicants should have a culinary degree and at least two years of experience in a high-caliber establishment; steakhouse background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in cooking skills including grilling, sauté, sauces, butchering, fish fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of food in assigned kitchen outlet.
• Ensure a fresh, positive and exciting environment with safety and flawless delivery.
• Maintain hygiene, sanitation and proper storage across station.
• Train staff on-the-job and as directed by management.
• Communicate orders and quantities to chefs for subsequent shifts.
• Ensure service is fast, friendly, and consistent with standards.
