StayAPT Suites San Antonio-Randolph Live Oak is seeking an Assistant General Manager OEM under Aimbridge Hospitality. You will oversee multiple departments, drive guest satisfaction, and help run hotel operations with confidence when the General Manager is away.

The role requires 5+ years in hotel leadership, supervisory experience, and certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid. Daily Pay and comprehensive benefits are included after an introductory period.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive hotel experience (Rooms or F&B) or related education with 2–4 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead teams effectively.
• Must hold or obtain required safety and service certifications.

Responsibilities

This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM), overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• At least five years of progressive hotel experience (Rooms or Food & Beverage), or a four-year degree with 2–3 years, or a two-year degree with 3–4 years of related experience.
• Supervisory background required.
• Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure.
• Must hold or obtain certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
