Job summary

StayAPT Suites San Antonio-Randolph Live Oak is seeking an Assistant General Manager OEM under Aimbridge Hospitality. You will oversee multiple departments, drive guest satisfaction, and help run hotel operations with confidence when the General Manager is away.

The role requires 5+ years in hotel leadership, supervisory experience, and certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid. Daily Pay and comprehensive benefits are included after an introductory period.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive hotel experience (Rooms or F&B) or related education with 2–4 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead teams effectively.
• Must hold or obtain required safety and service certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple departments and drive profitability in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff and support ongoing development.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and guests, solving issues promptly.
• Analyze financial data to support operations and budgeting.
• Utilize Windows OS for reporting and management tasks.
