Enact Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Lead — Statutory Reporting in Raleigh, NC to drive the execution of NAIC and other statutory reporting and filings.

The role reports to the Director of Financial Reporting within the Controllership team and collaborates across departments to ensure timely, accurate filings and strong internal controls. The ideal candidate will bring CPA certification, 5+ years of accounting experience, and hands-on experience with statutory reporting, financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA Certification is required or imminent.
• 5+ years of general accounting experience.
• Strong Excel proficiency and financial reporting tools.
• Attention to detail with high accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Lead the preparation and execution of all quarterly and annual regulatory and statutory filings, including financial statements, schedules, and disclosures.
• Prepare, review, and analyze supplemental schedules for statutory and regulatory reporting.
• Oversee premium tax filings across states and municipalities for accuracy and timeliness.
• Own monthly close components related to statutory reporting, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Strengthen internal controls over financial reporting and document key statutory processes.
