Enact Holdings, Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Technical Accounting Senior Manager to lead complex accounting analyses and reporting under U.S. GAAP, SAP, and other regimes.

You will influence accounting positions, partner with business leaders, and support system enhancement projects within the Controllership team. The role requires CPA, a bachelor’s or master’s in accounting, and 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including technical accounting analysis.
• CPA Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ability to apply guidance to complex transactions.
• Ability to research technical accounting matters and document conclusions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting research and documentation for complex transactions under U.S. GAAP and SAP.
• Evaluate accounting implications of reinsurance and insurance transactions.
• Assist with statutory and U.S. GAAP financial reporting deliverables and regulatory filings.
• Maintain and enhance technical accounting policies and internal controls.
