Enact Holdings, Inc. in Raleigh, NC seeks a Technical Accounting Senior Manager to lead complex accounting research, document conclusions, and provide guidance across US GAAP, SAP, and regulatory regimes.

Reporting to the Director of Financial Reporting in Controllership, you will influence financial reporting conclusions and partner with business leaders on accounting issues. This role supports credit-related insurance and reinsurance activities, strengthens controls, and participates in system

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience including technical accounting analysis.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ability to apply guidance to complex transactions.
• Ability to research technical accounting matters, document conclusions clearly, and communicate positions to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting research and documentation for complex transactions under U.S. GAAP, SAP and other accounting principles.
• Evaluate accounting implications of assumed credit-related reinsurance and insurance transactions.
• Assist with statutory and U.S. GAAP financial reporting deliverables and regulatory inquiries.
• Maintain and enhance technical accounting policies, documentation, and internal controls.
