You will support financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting operations, performing reconciliations, journal entries, and compliance tasks to ensure accurate and timely reporting. The role emphasizes SOX/MAR compliance, collaboration across teams, and involvement in audits and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 1–3 years of accounting, financial reporting, or related experience.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record general journal entries and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and research discrepancies; ensure timely reconciliations.
• Support SOX and MAR compliance activities, including documentation and tests of design and operating effectiveness.
• Monitor daily cash and suspense accounts; prepare related entries.
• Collaborate with Operations and other teams to ensure accurate accounting treatment.
• Perform accounts payable tasks, including issuing payments and ACH/wire requests.
• Support GAAP and Statutory reporting and internal audit requests.
