The Division of Operations Planning (OP) plays a key role in designing efficient and effective subway and bus service for New York City Transit. It monitors ridership trends and operational performance across the transit system and develops strategies to deliver the best possible service—balancing the needs of riders with operational, maintenance, construction requirements, and available resources.The Station Planning intern will support tasks related to passenger flow analysis, data collection, and environmental review.
