Jobvite, Inc. is seeking an Emerging Talent Intern for the Command Center Scheduling team in Long Island City, NY. This onsite spring internship requires a minimum of 20 hours per week at the designated work location.
You will assist in creating floater routes, coordinating event assignments, tracking daily activities for monthly reports, and researching service issues to support resolution. Strong MS Office skills, organization, and communication are essential.

Hourly Rate: $19.00 (Undergraduate)
All internship positions are onsite and require regular, in-person attendance at the designated work location with a minimum of 20hrs per a week.
MTA New York City Transit Paratransit (Access-A-Ride) Service is a federally mandated service, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, providing origin-to-destination, demand-response, shared ride transportation for individuals with disabilities that cannot use fixed route public buses and subways. The Command Center Scheduling team manages all trip requests for Access-A-Ride, including demand and subscription services, taxis, brokers, and carriers.The Command Center Scheduling team prepares and distributes accurate schedules to carriers and brokers, ensuring timely communication to prevent delays. The department ensures that schedules are cost-effective, and compliant with ADA standards. Additionally, the Scheduling department implement strategies to reduce operational costs while maintaining service quality and accessibility for individuals with disabilities.
