Job summary

The Terminal Manager at AIT Worldwide Logistics, INC. oversees the station P&L and all operations, directing staff to deliver quality service and profitable performance.

You will implement company policies, grow the business in your region, and manage customer service, tariffs, billing, and SOPs to maximize efficiency.

The role requires leadership across domestic and international operations, strong communication, staff development, and a commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years in logistics with international/domestic exposure.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory/managerial experience.
• Proven full P&L management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to manage domestic and international operations, including customer service and dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all station functions to ensure service agreements are executed.
• Oversee profitability and service for Domestic, International, and Local Cartage.
• Review and approve SOPs and tariffs to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop station staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Develop business in the region and meet company service metrics.
• Communicate directives and build relationships with stakeholders.
