Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Terminal Manager to lead a station with full P&L responsibility, driving profitability and service quality across domestic, international, and local cartage. You will recruit and mentor staff, manage customer relationships, and implement cost-efficient processes while delivering best-in-class logistics solutions.

Responsibilities include developing operations, supervising staff, and ensuring billing accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma with equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum five years in logistics with international and domestic experience.
• Minimum three years supervisory or managerial experience.
• Proven experience managing full P&L.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
• Able to manage domestic and international operations including customer service, dispatch, cargo, etc.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all station functions to ensure service agreements are met.
• Oversee profitability and service performance for Domestic, International, and Local Cartage.
• Review and approve SOPs and tariffs to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Hire, mentor, and develop station staff and customer service teams.
• Market AIT transportation services to new customers and meet service metrics.
• Direct quality control programs and ensure timely billing and posting of transactions.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost efficiencies across the station.
