Job summary

Air Care Colorado in Ohio is seeking a hands-on Station Associate to maximize throughput, assist with queue management, open and close lanes, perform equipment checks, support problem vehicle handling, and help with facility opening/closing procedures. You will contribute to a safe, efficient work environment and provide training support to inspectors as needed.

Pay is $15.00 per hour, negotiable with experience.

• Thorough understanding of proper test procedures.
• Ability to deal with employees and customers in a professional manner.
• Management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to contribute to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest throughput possible.
• Assist with queue management.
• Open and close lanes, as needed.
• Perform equipment checks.
• Assist with problem vehicles.
• Assist with facility opening and closing procedures.
• Perform minor equipment maintenance.
• Assist with hands on inspector training.
• Perform lower level manager overrides.
• Provide added security toward guarding against fraud in the lanes.
• Provide procedural reminders to emissions inspectors, as needed.
• Report ALL problems to station management.
• All other duties as assigned by District Manager, Station Manager and/or Operations Manager.
