Job summary

As a Station Agent / Ramp operations role, you’ll coordinate overall operations, schedule manpower, load and unload baggage, marshal aircraft, and support customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license; travel authorization as required.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Airline experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the overall operation within an assigned functional area.
• Ensure adequate operational coverage; schedule and utilize manpower.
• Maintain a safe, dependable operation and conduct agent observations.
• Schedule and administer local training including new hire training.
• Load and unload baggage and cargo; marshal aircraft.
• Serve customer needs and complete administrative duties.
