Job summary

Advanced Air, LLC in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a Station Lead to oversee station operations for scheduled services. This in-person role reports to the Airline General Manager and emphasizes safety, service quality, and staff coordination across CSAs, reservations, ticketing and passenger care.

You will hire, train, and supervise station personnel, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining high customer satisfaction and on-time performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years as a supervisor or team leader.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience with PSS/DCS systems preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise station personnel to promote safety, service, on-time performance and teamwork.
• Coordinate initial and ongoing training for all station personnel.
• Ensure safety compliance of aircraft, customers, facilities and staff.
• Maintain coordination with airport authorities and airline management.
• Draft schedules to cover active flight operations.
• Manage station inventory and equipment, including lounge and hangar duties.
• Oversee CSAs performance and implement improvement plans.
• Assist with PSS software management and staff training.
• Coordinate ground transportation for passengers during diversions.
