Job summary

Brightline Trains in Florida is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent at our station to warmly welcome guests, provide information on ticket kiosks, assist with local transportation inquiries, and handle baggage with care.

You will uphold safety, answer questions about routes and timetables, complete ticket sales and refunds, and contribute to a positive, service‑oriented environment while working weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• You love working with people and maintaining a positive demeanor in high-traffic environments.
• Demonstrates sound judgment and independent thinking.
• Exceptional verbal and listening skills focused on guest satisfaction.
• At least one year of experience in high-traffic environments such as hospitality, guest services, or transportation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage Guests with warm, memorable interactions.
• Support team success and contribute to a service-focused environment.
• Understand ticketing, reservations, and fare structures; assist with wheelchair services.
• Provide proactive service with clear information on routes, timetables, platforms, pricing, and stations.
• Own each Guest interaction; resolve concerns with empathy and service recovery when needed.
• Offer alternatives and upsell enhanced experiences when appropriate.
• Maintain the station environment; assist with baggage check-in and screening.
• Process ticket sales, refunds, upgrades, and credit-based purchases accurately.
• Adapt communication to diverse Guests; share station and local information clearly.
• Monitor Brightline communications channels to ensure timely reviews.
