Job summary

The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) seeks an experienced Workforce Training & Education Administrator to lead statewide programs in workforce development, CTE, Second Chance Centers, and Arizona Correctional Industries. This executive role shapes credentialing, career pathways, and reentry outcomes for incarcerated and returning individuals.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of management experience with contracts, partnerships, or program implementation.
Knowledge of workforce development, CTE, and reentry employment programs.
Strong ability to lead statewide workforce initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develops statewide workforce development strategies for ACI's training, CTE programs, and Second Chance Centers.
Establishes workforce pathways, performance measures, and program goals aligned with labor market needs and reentry outcomes.
Provides statewide operational oversight and recommendations to leadership regarding standards, curriculum, credentialing pathways, and employer partnerships.
Leads expansion of education, training, credentialing, apprenticeship, and employment opportunities across all complexes and SCC locations.
